HOW DO I ORDER?
Head over to our meals page and to see what individual meals you would like. Then simply go to the order page to select which meal pack you wish to order (5, 10, 15 or 20 meal packs available). Once you choose your meal pack you can choose which meals you want and then continue to checkout for payment and delivery details.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
We offer 4 meal packs with the 5 MEALS pack being the minimum order.
WHAT IF I PLACE MY ORDER AFTER CUT-OFF?
We deliver once per week. Saturday 8pm is cut-off for Tuesday delivery. If you miss a cut-off your order will go onto the next delivery schedule.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
At the end of the online checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards through our secure payments provider Commonwealth Bank Australia.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
We are unable to process any orders for pickup or delivery if your account has insufficient funds. Once you have loaded sufficient funds, you will be able to place your order.
DO YOU HAVE AFTERPAY or ZIP PAY?
Afterpay and Zip Pay is currently not available as purchase methods on our website.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to most suburbs of Sydney. We hope to expand our delivery radius in the near future.
Alternatively, we do offer the ability to pick up from our kitchen/cafe in Bondi Beach at: Shop 1, 112 Campbell Parade, Bondi NSW 2026.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery to the Sydney costs a flat delivery fee of only $10.00. We offer FREE delivery to local areas around Bondi Beach (postcodes 2022-2034).
Pick-up is free from Shop 1, 112 Campbell Parade, Bondi NSW 2026.
WHEN IS THE ORDER CUT-OFF?
For our Tuesday delivery or pick-ups, orders must be placed before Saturday 8pm.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME?
Currently, we only delivery on Tuesdays between 9am-6pm. If you contact us directly we may be able to accomodate a specific delivery time slot for you.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
If you are not home during the standard delivery time slots, we will try contacting you to see if it can be left with a neighbour or if you are happy for us to leave the order at your front door.
If no one is able to accept the deliveries and you cannot be contacted, your order will be returned to our Kitchen in Bondi Beach for pick-up the following day.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0403 144 088 and organise the meals to be delivered on the next available delivery day. Fees apply.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OR SPECIFIC MEALS I ORDERED?
This should never happen as we have a rigorous 3-step order check process, but if it does please let us know immediately. Either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0403 144 088 so we can find a solution to the problem.
HOW DO I HEAT THE MEALS?
From fresh, peel back one corner of the seal and heat for 2:00- 2:30 minutes in the microwave.
From frozen, defrost in the microwave or in the fridge overnight, then heat as normal.
WHERE SHOULD I KEEP THE MEALS?
We recommend that your meals are stored in the fridge as soon as they are collected/delivered. You can also freeze them as soon as you receive them.
HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?
Preach Bondi Meals that are delivered will last 6 days fresh in the fridge before requiring freezing.
Preach Bondi Meals that are picked up in store will comfortably last 3 or 6 days in the fridge before requiring freezing.
Always check the use by date on the label of each meal before consumption.
CAN I ADD SAUCES OR CONDIMENTS TO THE MEALS?
All our meals are supplied ready to eat with carefully chosen sauces and condiments already added, however, you may wish to add salt & pepper or additional sauces for personal preference and taste.
CAN I CUSTOMISE A MEAL?
All our meals are not customisable as they are designed to provide a balance of protein, carbs and fats to suit all our customers. Should you have allergies or dislike a particular ingredient in a meal, you do not need to choose this, instead, you will have the option to choose from 14 other meals or please advise us of any special request.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

IS YOUR FOOD KOSHER OR HALAL?
All of our meat products are Halal certified. We do not cook pork or bacon in our kitchen. We are not Kosher certified however.
HOW ARE THE MEALS COOKED ?
We make sure all our raw produce remain the hero of the dish, by using the minimal necessary cooking steps such as steaming or baking. This ensures there are no additives, preservatives or nasties needed.
